Someone sold 3 of my artworks on an NFT website without my authorization, so I'm setting rules about my art.
Copyright Notice:
I do not allow my artwork to be used for commercial purposes. If you want to partner with me to sell t-shirts, mugs, or any other products, please contact me so we can make an agreement.
Regarding NFTs: I do not use any of these platforms. If you find my artwork there, know that I did not upload it and did not authorize its use. Even if you purchase the artwork "legally," it does not belong to you, and I can prove it in court. If you want one of my artworks to post as an NFT, this can only be done through commissions. If you buy an artwork from me, you can use it however you like, but at the moment, I am not accepting commissions. I am currently focusing on moving houses first, and only afterward will I reopen commissions.
Additionally, I do not sell artworks that I created from my own ideas, as they have emotional value to me. To be clear: I do not sell artworks that I made for my personal enjoyment.
On the other hand, I do allow my artworks to be used for personal purposes, as long as there is no profit involved. If you want to use them for a tattoo, print them on a t-shirt, frame them, or use them for something exclusively for yourself, that is perfectly ok.

What happened to you is beyond horrible and I felt physically sick reading how this "person" kept replying to in such manner that in a way remined me of more an AI-written text rather than a real human being. I don't know why but the way this "Individual" talks is very off to me. It sounded more like an AI/bot than a real person and considering NFTs are linked to this hypertechnological world that touches the AI sphere I wouldn't rule out.
I'm deeply sorry, really.
